Circuito Temático CC Torres Novas: Abertura Orangotango

Foi no passado dia 5 de Maio que começou este Circuito em Torres Novas, com a ABERTURA ORANGOTANGO-SOKOLSKY .
O Paulo Costa foi o vencedor do primeiro torneio do circuito temático do CC Torres Novas! Fiando à frente de Diogo Alho, que só conseguiu o 2º posto. Em terceiro ficou Jose Gaspar Dias.

Não esquecer que dia 26 de Maio há outro !  Será a vez da Escandinava.

Dois jogadores do Distrito participaram ao longo do ultimo mês no Torneio de Inverno do Grupo de Xadrez do Alekhine. Foram eles o Diogo Alho e o João Carvalho, ambos do C.C. de Torres Novas.

O mestre nacional Diogo Alho, como esperado, ocupuo o lugar máximo do pódio, seguido de Manuel Curado (GX Alekhine) e do mestre nacional Victor Morais (Clube EDP).

Realizado ontem e que contou com perto de 100 inscritos ! Muito bom.

De destacar o brilhante 3º lugar do jovem sub-18 do A.X. Pedro Hispano, que ficou à frente de vários GMs .

Programa de torneios de Ferrol em 2012

Carta aberta ao mundo xadrezístico hispano-luso

Amigos o ano 2012 apresenta-se com enormes dificuldades tanto para a vida em geral como para os desportos em particuar, dificuldades que para os xadrezistas acentua-se somando à nossa situação, em certo modo marginal, com respeito aos deporte espetáculo.

Conscientes disso em Ferrol decidimos enfrentar esta nova etapa com uma reorientação no fomento de atividades e depois de avaliar os nossos recursos preparamos um programa de torneios para este ano no que dirigimos o nosso esforço ao desporto de base retirando recursos do de “elite”. O programa inclue 10 torneios válidos para ELO, 7 de semirápidas e 11 de rápidas

Fazemos-vos conhecer este programa com a intenção de evitar no possível a coincidência com outros torneios próximos que possam baixar a participação, feito que tem uma influência importante no financiamento dos eventos. Por isso se algum organizador programa uma atividade coincidente e geograficamente próxima, estamos dispostos a estudar modificações nas datas com a intenção também de minimizar o efeito que a desaparição generalizada de torneios de base para ELO provoca nos aficionados.

Mais um torneio do clube que mais torneios organiza, nos ultimos anos, no Distrito de Santarém ! O Sporting Clube de Abrantes !

Parabéns ao clube e ao seu elemento mais ativo e dinâmico, Paulo Marçal !

Pelas 15.00 de 01.01.2012 o S.C.Abrantes realizou o
Torneio de Ano Novo de 2012, que vai, pelo menos,

na sua 14ª edição, e que tem sido sempre aberto aos

xadrezistas interessados, mas com espírito ético e

desportivo … Quê ? Nada disso ! Uns bocejar e pes-

tanejar de sono e outros a poluir o ambiente com as

bolhinhas de vapor de champanhe resultantes da noi-

tada da passagem do fim de ano, o que habitualmente

determina uns resultados interessantes, eh, eh, eh, …

Bem, apesar de tudo, foi disputado em sistema suíço

em 05 sessões na modalidade de semi-rápidas de 15' .
Francisco Morgado da Cruz (S.C.Abrantes) venceu

(Ena ! O jovem anda a devorar os torneios todos …)

arrasando ao conquistar 5,0 em 5,0 pontos possíveis,
seguido a 1,0 ponto por Jorge Bastos (A.X.Benedita)

e, tal como regulamentado, lá levou como prémio a

tradicional rolha do espumante em disputa que as bo-

lhinhas… essas inevitàvelmente provámos nós !
